tection of squirrels in the counties of Caroline, Henrico and King George.”,
approved March 26, 1932. as amended, so as to eliminate the counties of Staf-
ford, Prince William, King George and Mecklenburg from the act as so
amended. H

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That an act entitled ‘An act for the protection of squirrels in
the counties of Caroline, Henrico and King George.’, approved March
twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred thirty-two, as amended, be amended and
re-enacted, as follows:

Section 1. It shall be unlawful to hunt, kill, or capture any kind of
squirrel in the county of Lunenburg between January thirty-first and No-
vember fifteenth of any year.

Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof,
shall be fined not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars.

Section 3. Nothing in this act shall prevent any person from hunt-
ing upon land owned by him.
