1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That it she
be unlawful for any person to hunt or shoot deer with a rifle, at any titr

in the counties of Surry and Hanover. |
Any person violating the foregoing provision of this act shall

deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
