certain counties, to omit Amherst and Nelson counties from said act, with

+ I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That chap-
ter three hundred and fifty-eight of the Acts of the General Assembly of
nineteen hundred and thirty-eight, approved March thirty-first, nitieteen
hundred and thirty-eight, be amended:and re-enacted, as follows:
.. It shall be lawful for any person to gig red-horse, carp, or any other
fish not classed as game fish, in the waters of Clinch River and Holston
River and their tributaries, within the County of Scott, during daylight
hours, from the fifteenth day of May of any year to the fifteenth day of
January of the next year; and it shail be lawful for any person to gig any
fish not classed as game fish in the waters of Piney River and its tribu-
taries within the counties of Amherst and Nelson. |
