1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, as follows:
Any nerson who shall kill anv red fox in the county of Scott at anv
time within two years from the first day of July, nineteen hundred and
forty-two, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof,
shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars.
