1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That in each
county east of the Blue Ridge Mountains in which deer can legally be
taken and hunted on the thirty-first day of December of each year the
season shall be extended one day to include the first day of January of
each year, notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary.
