Chap. 406.—An ACT to repeal Sections 36 and 41 of Chapter 342 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1932, approved March 26, 1932, and known, designated
and cited as the Motor Vehicle Code of Virginia, said sections relating to
chauffeurs’ licenses, and dealers receiving vehicles for which certificates of title
have been issued to others to report to division. [Hi B 487]

1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That sections
thirty-six and forty-one of chapter three hundred and forty-two of the
acts of the General Assembly of nineteen hundred and thirty-two, ap-
proved March twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, be, and
they are hereby repealed.
