Chap. 157.—An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 3751 of the Code of Virginia,
relating to reports of the State Corporation Commission, to eliminate require-
ments of publication of certain statistical data. [S B 100]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That section
thirty-seven hundred and fifty-one of the Code of Virginia be amended
and re-enacted, as follows:

Section 3/51. Report of the Commission—The Commission shall,
on or before the thirty-first day of December in each year, make report
to the Governor as required by sub-section (i) of section one hundred and
fifty-six of the Constitution, to be by him laid before the General As-
sembly at each regular session thereof.
