Chap. 89.—An AOT to Allow Further Time to J. Douglass Thornton,.
Clerk of the Courts of Sussex County, to give Bond and Qualify as said
Clerk.

Approved February 12, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That J. Douglass
Thornton, who was on the seventh day of November, eighteen
hundred and seventy-one, duly elected clerk of the courts of

the county of Sussex for the unexpired term of two years, be
allowed until the fifteenth day of May, eighteen hundred and
seventy-two, to give bond and qualify as said clerk.

; 2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
