Chap. 63.—An ACT to Repeal the 8th Section of the Act approved March
28th, 1871, as Amended by the Act approved 17th January, 1872, direct-
ing the Board of Public Works to Sell the State’s Interest in the vari-
ous Internal Improvement Companies of the Commonwealth.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the eighth
section of the act entitled “an act directing the board of pub-
he works to sell the state's interest in the various internal im- ™
provement companies of the commonwealth,” approved March -.
twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and seventy-one, as amended
by the act entitled “an act to amend and re-enact the eighth ai
section of an act entitled an act directing the board of public
works to sell the state’s interest in the various internal im-
provement companies of the commonwealth,” approved seven-
teenth January, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, be and the
same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. c
