Chap. 367.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact Section 9, Chapter 179 of
the Code, in Reference to Injunctions,
Approved March 26, 1872,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section nine, chapter one hundred and seventy-nine of the Code
of eighteen hundred and sixty, be amended and re-enacted so
as to read as follows:
§9. Every order (awarding an injunction) made under the
sixth or seventh section shall be directed to the clerk of such
court as has jurisdiction under the fourth section, and the pro-
ceedings thereupon shall be as if the order had been made by
such court or the judge thereof.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
