1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
card system record of and index to delinquent lands in the county of
Princess Anne, as recently set up in the clerk’s office of said county
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county, under the supervision
of the Auditor of Public Accounts, be, and the same is hereby, es-
tablished as a permanent record in said office and a valid method of
recording and indexing real estate heretofore and hereafter returned
delinquent by the treasurer of said county, for non-payment of taxes
thereon.
