1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
notwithstanding any rule or regulation of the Commission of Game
and Inland Fisheries heretofore or hereafter adopted to the contrary,
the open season for the hunting of foxes with dogs without fire arms
in the county of Shenandoah shall be continuous without any closed
season during each calendar year, and that the open season in such
county for hunting and shooting foxes with fire arms shall be from
the fifteenth day of October to the next succeeding fifteenth day of
March of any year.
