1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
the concrete bridge across Crooked Creek about six miles east of the
town of Galax in Carroll county, on the State highway designated
United States Highway Number Fifty-eight, be, and the same is
hereby, named and designated as the ‘‘Thos. L. Felts Memorial
Bridge’, and the State Highway Commissioner is hereby directed to
mark the same accordingly.
