Chap. 41.—An ACT to authorize the State Highway Commission to lend or rent
equipment to cities, towns, counties, or school boards, [S B 46]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
the State Highway Commission be, and it is hereby permitted to lend
or to rent to any city, town, county, or school board any equipment
used in the building or repairing of roads and streets, upon such
terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by said commission and
such city, town, county, or school board.
