mission to execute, jointly with T, Venable Owen and others, a deed or deeds
establishing a definite boundary line or lines between the Gallion State Forest
and the lands of the said T. Venable Owen and others. [S B 261]

1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Virginia Conservation Commission be, and it hereby is, authorized
and empowered to enter into, jointly with T. Venable Owen and others
a deed or deeds for the purpose of establishing a definite boundary
line or lines between the Gallion State Forest, in Prince Edward
County, and certain lands adjoining said forest area, owned by the
said successors in title to the said T. Venable Owen and others such
deed or deeds, on the part of said Commission, to be signed and
executed by the chairman and the executive secretary of the Com-
mission.
