1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of ‘Virginia, That it
shall be unlawful for any person at any time to fish in, or take fish of
any kind from, the waters of Falling River or any of its tributaries,
within the county of Campbell, with, or by means of, any kind of net
or seine. Any person violating this act shall be punished by a fine of
not less than-ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars ‘or each offense.
