the times for holding the regular terms of the circuit courts in the twenty-seventh
judicial circuit.’’, as heretofore amended, approved March 7, 1932. [H B 488}

1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled ‘‘An Act to prescribe the times for holding the regular
terms of the circuit courts in the twenty-seventh judicial circuit.”,
as heretofore amended, approved March seventh, nineteen hundred
and thirty-two, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 1. The times for holding the regular terms of the circuit
courts of the twenty-seventh judicial circuit, shall be as follows:

In Dickenson County.—The second Monday in March, June and
November.

In Buchanan County.—The third Monday in January, and the
second Monday in April, July and October.

2. Anemergency existing, this act shall be in force from and after
May Ist, 1940.
