1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
concrete bridge across Clinch River, at St. Paul, Virginia, on State
Highway number sixty-four be, and the same is hereby named and
designated as the Charles Bickley Memorial Bridge, and the State
Highway Commissioner is hereby directed to mark the same ac-
cordingly.
