relocate a certain section of Route 8 of the primary system of State highways.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
the State Highway Commission of Virginia be, and hereby is, au-
thorized and empowered to relocate that section of Route eight of
the primary system of State highways, between Pearisburg and Rich
Creek, in the county of Giles. .

An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
