relating to the places for holding circuit and corporation courts, so as to author-
ize the judge of the circuit court of any county or city to enter certain orders
and decrees at any place within his circuit. {H B 252]

1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That sec-
tion fifty-nine hundred and sixty-four of the Code of Virginia be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 5964. Places of holding courts; certain orders and decrees
entered elsewhere.—Every circuit or corporation court, for any county
or city, shall be held at the courthouse of such county or city, except
where some other place is prescribed by law, or lawfully appointed;
provided, however, that the judge of the circuit court of any county
or city, either in term or in vacation, may enter at his home or office
or elsewhere within his circuit any order or decree.
