Chap. 334.—An ACT Declaring the Rapidan River, from its Junction
with the Robertson River to a Point known as Willis’ and Hansbo-
rough's Ford, a Lawful Fence.
Approved March 23, 1872.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the Rapidan river, beginning at its junction with the Robert-
son river and extending to a point known as Willis’ and Hans-
borough’s ford, be and the same is hereby declared to be a
lawful fence.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
