Chap. 192.—An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 5781 of the Code of Virginia,

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That
section fifty-seven hundred and eighty-one of the Code of Virginia
be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 5781. For Insulting Words.—All words which, from their
usual construction and common acceptation, are construed as insults
and tend to violence and breach of the peace, shall be actionable.
