numbered 4537-b, making it a misdemeanor for any person, without just cause,

1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a new section num-
bered forty-five hundred and thirty-seven-b, which new section shall
read as follows: .

Section 4537-b. Any person who shall, without just cause there-
for, call or summon, by telephone or otherwise, any ambulance,
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
