Highway System, at Glen Lyn, in Giles county, the Andrew S. Rowan Bridge,
and to name the bridge across East River, on said Route 8, at Glen Lyn, the
Mary Porter Bridge. [H B 165]

1. Beit enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, (a) That
the bridge across New River, on route eight of the State highway
system, at Glen Lyn, in Giles County be, and the same is hereby,
named and designated as the Andrew S. Rowan Bridge; (b) that the
bridge across East River, at Glen Lyn, on said route eight be, and
the same is hereby, named and designated as the Mary Porter Bridge;
and (c) that the State Highway Commissioner appropriately mark
said bridges, respectively, in accordance herewith.
