Chap. 304.—An ACT to Incorporate the Pond Marsh Wharf Company.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
A. P. Richardson, Theodore Richardson, and W. P. Richard-
son, their associntes and successors, shall be and they are
hereby incorporated and made a body politic and corporate,
under the name and style of the Pond Marsh Wharf Company,
for the purpose of erecting a wharf on the York river: pro-
vided, the navigation of said river shall not be impeded there-
by. Said company shall be invested with all the rights, powers
and privileges conferred, and be subject to all the regwations
of law imposed by the Code of Virginia of eighteen hundred
and sixty, and to repeal or alteration by the le rislature.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
