Chap. 30.—Aun ACT Providing for Furnishing to the Colleges of the State,
in which Law Schools are Established, Surplus Law Publications.

In force January 19, 1872,

. 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the general librarian be directed to furnish to any incorporated
college and universities of the state, in which a law school is
established, and which has not heretofore been furnished with
the same, out of any surplus copies on hand, one copy of the
journal of the senate and house of delegates, of the acts of
assembly, and of any of the codes heretofore published, and
also eight copies of any law reports on hand, or which may
hereafter be on hand. ,
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
