Chap. 80.—An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 5414 of the Code of Virginia,
relating to fees of commissioners of accounts. [H B 98]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That section
hfty-four hundred and fourteen of the Code of Virginia be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 5414. Fees of commissioners of accounts.—The fees of
commissioners of accounts for the special duties hereinbefore imposed
upon them shall be the same as are now allowed by law to commissioners
in chancery.
