Chap. 369.—An ACT to amend chapter 67 of the Code of Virginia by adding
thereto a new section numbered 1607-a, providing for the inspection under
the applicable provisions of said chapter, of all tourist camps, and all filling
stations and other premises in connection with which shall be maintained
water closets or rest-rooms for the convenience of the traveling public,
and for punishment for obstructing officers. [H B 486]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That chap-
ter sixty-seven of the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto
a new section numbered sixteen hundred and seven-a, which new section
shall read as follows:
Section 1607-a. The provisions of sections fifteen hundred and
eighty-nine, fifteen hundred and ninety and fifteen hundred and ninety-
two, for the inspection and certification of hotels, and as well also, the
provisions of section fifteen hundred and ninety-three, shall apply in like
manner to all tourist camps, and all filling stations and other premises
in connection with which shall be maintained water closets or rest-
rooms for the convenience of the traveling public, and in making such
inspections, especial attention shall be given to water closets and rest-
rooms. a
