of execution lien, and notices of motion for judgment, and prescribing pen-

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That any
person who, for the purpose of collecting money, shall knowingly
deliver, mail, send, or otherwise use or cause to be used, any paper or
writing simulating or intentled to simulate any warrant, process, writ,
notice of execution lien or notice of motion for judgment, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be pun-
ished by a fine of not less than five nor more than fifty dollars for
each offense. ,
