Chap. 337.—An ACT to enable the Commonwealth of Virginia to take advantage
of an Act of Congress of the United States, approved September 2, 1937,
entitled “An act to provide that the United States shall aid the States
in wildlife-restoration projects, and for other purposes”; to assent to the
provisions iof such Act of Congress; to authorize and empower the Com-
mission of. Game and Inland Fisheries to cooperate with the Secretary of
Agriculture of the United States in the Administration of said Act of
Congress, and to do all acts and things necessary to the purposes of such
Act; and to limit the use of moneys accruing from hunting licenses. ,

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Commonwealth of Virginia hereby assents to the provisions of the
Act of Congress entitled an act to provide that the United States shall
aid the states in wildlife-restoration projects, and for other purposes,
approved September second, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, and
the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries is hereby authorized,
empowered, and directed to perform such acts as may be necessary to
the conduct and establishment of such cooperative wildlife-restoration
projects, as it may elect to adopt, as defined in said Act of Congress,
in compliance with said act and rules and regulations promulgated by
the Secretary of Agriculture thereunder; and no moneys accruing to
the Commonwealth of Virginia from license fees paid by hunters shall
be diverted for any other purpose than the administration of the Com-
mission of Game and Inland Fisheries.
