value, made by the. council of the town of Stanley for the year 1937, on
the taxable property in said town, regardless of any irregularity _ in the

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
tax levy of one dollar and ninety cents on the hundred dollars of
assessed value, laid by the council of the town of Stanley for the year
nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, on the property in said town sub-
ject to local taxation, be, and the same is hereby, validated and de-
clared to be legal and binding, regardless of any irregularity which
may have occurred in connection with the laying of said levy.
