Chap. 278.—An ACT to amend and re-enact Section 58 of an act entitled “An
act to provide a new charter for the town of Galax, situated in part in the
county of Carroll and in part in the county of Grayson, and to repeal all
other acts inconsistent with this act’, approved February 25, 1922, in
relation to the town school district. [H B 554]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That sec-
tion fifty-eight of an act entitled an act to provide a new charter for
the town of Galax, situated in part in the county of Carroll and in
part in the county of Grayson, and to repeal all other acts inconsistent
with this act, approved February twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and
twenty-two, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 58. Said school district as aforesaid shall be under the
supervision of the division superintendent of schools of Grayson
county.
