1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled “an act to provide a charter for the town of Upperville,
in Fauquier County, Virginia”, approved January fifteenth, nineteen
hundred and thirty-seven, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
