Chap. 187.—An ACT to prescribe an open season for hunting, capturing and
killing foxes in the county of Lunenburg. (H B 305]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That not-
withstanding any rule or regulation of the Commission of Game and
‘land Fisheries to the contrary, the open season, during which it shall
se lawful to hunt, capture, or kill foxes, in the county of Lunenburg
shall be as prescribed by general law for game animals.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its pas-
sage.
