County, to expend money in advertising its resources and advantages.

I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
council of the town of Virginia Beach in Princess Anne county, shall
have power, in its discretion, to spend not exceeding three per centum
oi its annual revenue from all sources, in advertising and giving publi-
city to its resources and advantages.

Any appropriation or expenditure heretofore made by such town
for such purposes is hereby declared valid.
