Chap. 156.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of supervisors of
Richmond county to lease in whole or in part county buildings not necessary
for county purposes, and to assign rents accruing therefrom to persons con-
tributing funds for constructing such buildings. [H B 371]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
poard of supervisors of Richmond county be, and it is hereby author-
ized and empowered, in its discretion, to lease, to such person or per-
sons and upon such terms and conditions as it may deem proper, in
whole or in part, any county building heretofore or hereafter con-
structed, which may not be necessary for county purposes, and to
assign the rents, or any portion thereof, accruing to the county from
any..such leases so. made, to any person or persons who shall have
contributed funds for the construction of any such building, to re-
imburse such persons for such contributions.
