1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That any

person who shall kill any red fox in the county of Lee at any time
within twa. years from the first day of July, nineteen hundred and
thirty-eight, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty
dollars. _
