1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act to prescribe the times for holding the regular terms
of the circuit courts in the twenty-seventh judicial circuit, approved
March seventh, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 1. The times for holding the regular terms of the circuit
courts of the twenty-seventh judicial circuit, shall be as follows:

In Dickenson county.—The second Monday in March, June and
October.

In Buchanan county.—The third Monday in January, and the second
Monday in April, July and November.

In Russell county.—The second Monday in May, September and
December.
