town of Farmville January 1, 1931, and known as Series J Utility Refunding
Bonds, principal due January 1, 1961, redeemable at the option of the town
after 5 years from date of issue. [H B 188]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
bonds heretofore authorized and issued by the town of Farmville, ag-
gregating nineteen thousand five hundred ($19,500.00) dollars and
known as Series J Utility Refunding Bonds, bearing date on January
first, nineteen hundred and thirty-one, payable January first, nine-
teen hundred and sixty-one and redeemable after five years from date
of issue be, and they are hereby, validated, ratified and confirmed and
declared to constitute valid and legally binding obligations of the said
town of Farmville.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its pas-
sage.
