Chap. 77.—An ACT to fix the open season for fishing in Wise county. [H B 212]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful to fish in the streams of Wise county except during the
open season when bass and trout may be taken. Any violation of this
act shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than
five dollars.
