Chap. 75.—An ACT to amend the Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia
by adding thereto a new section numbered 82-a, authorizing the issuance of
permits to individuals for trials of dogs trained, or to be trained, for hunting

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Game, Inland Fish and Dog Code of Virginia be amended by adding
thereto a new section numbered eighty-two-a, which new section shall
read as follows:
Section 82-a. Permits may be granted by the Commission, or by
the secretary thereof, or by a game warden, to individuals for trials
with dogs used and trained, or to be trained, for hunting at night, be-
tween September tenth and October first of any year; provided, how-
ever, that no person accompanying such dogs on such trials shall carry
or have with him any fire arm or axe.
