1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
school board of Scott county be, and hereby is, authorized to rent,
lease or otherwise permit to be occupied and used, the grounds and
buildings of high schools in such county for the purpose of holding on
such premises county fairs, carnivals and similar exhibitions.
