Chap. 351.—An ACT to ratify, confirm and validate a deed of correction from
A. W. Ward and wife to the Commonwealth of Virginia, dated August 30,
1935, and duly of record in the clerk’s office of the circuit court of Albemarle
county in deed book 229, page 7. [H B 454]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That a deed
of correction of A. W. Ward and wife to the Commonwealth of Vir-
ginia, dated August thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-five and of
record in the clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County in
deed book two hundred and twenty-nine, page seven, which deed con-
veyed a strip of land in Albemarle county, Virginia, near the eastern
corporate limits of the city of Charlottesville, and which property is
identified in the office of the Department of Highways at Richmond,
Virginia, as project number seven hundred and eighty-six AC, old
route number five, now route two hundred and fifty, sheet number
three, be ratified, confirmed and validated and that said deed be
accepted by the Commonwealth of Virginia in the place and stead of
a deed from A. W. Ward and wife to the said Commonwealth of Vir-
ginia, dated July seventh, nineteen hundred and thirty-four and of
record in said clerk’s office in deed book two hundred and twenty-four,
page seven.
