1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act to impose a license tax on pistols and revolvers; to
regulate the sale thereof and of ammunition therefor; and to pro-
vide that the proceeds of such tax shall be used for the establishment
of a diseased and crippled children’s hospital, approved March seven-
teenth, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.
