Chap. 286.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled “An act for the pro-
tection of squirrels in the counties of Caroline, Henrico and King George,”
approved March 26, 1932, so as to eliminate Caroline and Henrico counties
therefrom, and to include the counties of Stafford, Prince William, Spotsyl-
vania and Fairfax therein. [H B 226]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled “an act for the protection of squirrels in the counties of
Caroline, Henrico and King George”, approved March twenty-six,
nineteen hundred and thirty-two, be amended and re-enacted so as to
read as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful to hunt, kill, or capture any kind
of squirrel in the counties of Stafford, Prince William, Spotsylvania,
Fairfax and King George between January thirty-first and November
fifteenth of any year.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars.
Section 3. Nothing in this act shall prevent any person from
hunting upon land owned by him.
