Chap. 183.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Tazewell county
to pay Mrs. Nannie A. Bryant for services rendered by her as overseer of
the poor for Clear Fork magisterial district for the years 1931 to 1935,
inclusive. [H B 393]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Tazewell county is hereby authorized to pay
Mistress Nannie A. Bryant for services actually rendered by her as
overseer of the poor for Clear Fork Magisterial District of said county
during the term of four years from January first, nineteen hundred
and thirty-one until December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and thirty-
five, at the rate of two dollars for each day actually engaged as such
officer, in performing duties usually incident to such office, but not
exceeding the sum of forty dollars for any one year, such payment to
be made out of the general county levy fund of said county.
