ginia, relating to penalties for violation of the insurance laws where not

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That section
forty-two hundred and thirty-one of the Code of Virginia be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 4231. Penalties Where Not Otherwise Provided—Any
corporation, company, association, society, partnership or person violat-
ing any provision of chapters one hundred and sixty-seven to one
hundred and seventy-five, both inclusive, shall, if not otherwise pro-
vided, be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than one thousand
dollars for each offense.
