the catching of fish in certain streams in the county of Dickenson, approved

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to regulate the catching of fish in certain streams in the
county of Dickenson, approved March first, nineteen hundred and
thirty-two, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to catch, kill, capture,
or take any fish from any of the streams in the county of Dickenson,
which flow or drain, into the Big Sandy river, except by angling with
hook and line, and then only from July first to April thirtieth, both in-
clusive.
Any person convicted of violating any provisions of this act shall be
punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, or by confinement
in jail for not more than six months, or both, in the discretion of the
court or jury trying the case.
2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
