Chap. 39.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 378 of the Code of Virginia,
1930, concerning the office of the Attorney General. [S B 7]

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That section
three hundred and seventy-eight of chapter twenty-four of the Code of
Virginia of nineteen hundred and thirty shall be amended and re-
enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 3/8. The Governor shall assign to the Attorney General
office space in the State library or office building for the Attorney Gen-
eral, his assistants and employees suitable for the discharge of the legal
business of the State.
