thereof a new section numbered 4705-a prohibiting persons from advertising
in newspapers to draw wills or have wills drawn and prescribing penalties

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, That the
Code of Virginia be amended by adding to chapter one hundred and
eighty-five thereof a new section numbered forty-seven hundred and
five-a, which new section shall read as follows:
Section 4705-a. No person, firm or corporation shall advertise in
any newspaper, any offer, direct or indirect, to draw any will, or have
any will drawn.
Any violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor, and
be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
